Here's the BABY Dilly!!!!

Is it too late to say Happy New Year?!? I know we are already one week into the new year, but since I haven't had a post in months I feel I am still within the limits of wishing you all a Happy New Year. And what a new year it will be for us! As most of you already know, we will be adding a new family member this year!! I am so close to being done with the first trimester, and I CANNOT WAIT!! It was definitely not a fun 12 weeks!!! I truly hope the rest of it isn't like this...or this may be the only baby we have :-( We went to see the doctor on Friday and had the opportunity to hear the heartbeat for the first time...which was EVER SO EXCITING!!!! Aside from that, things are still pretty uneventful. I have not started showing yet, although my pants are getting way too tight (despite the fact that I have lost weight?!?!). The all day nausea is getting much much better (it is now just mealtime nausea) and now I am only really battling with the constant fatigue....which is fine by me since the last 5 weeks have been a nightmare!!

Aside from the baby news, the bathroom is coming along at an amazing rate. My husband has been working his tail off up there and he is doing a WONDERFUL job!!! He has had help from both of our brothers and a friend...and WOW!!! I should have new pictures up by the weekend and you will not believe your eyes!! All of this has come together in the last couple of weeks. We both lost interest in the project before our trip to England and I never got it back....he just recently got it back....full throttle!!! I did do some work in there yesterday with my mom's help. All in all it should be done very soon which will allow plenty of resting time before the nursery project begins :-) Thank you so much to EVERYONE who has helped with this project!! We really appreciate it...so very much!!!

Lastly, I would like to give a big shout out to my cousin....who closed on her first house today. I am so very excited for her and her husband and wish I could be there to give them big hugs in person. Unfortunately, the best I can do is let them know I have been thinking about them all day and cannot wait to see the latest pictures!!! CONGRATS Jess and Dameone!!!
